I am a Midland girl to the core! I was raised in Midland and went to Henderson Elementary & Fannin Elementary, Goddard Jr. High and Midland High School. I played basketball, volleyball, and was a cheerleader. Later, I attended Lubbock Christian University and graduated with a BS in Education and a minor in Speech Communication.
My husband of 37 years, Coby Farrow, is a homebuilder and owns CTC Homes & Construction. I truly married my best friend! Coby and I are proud supporters of the Midland County Stock Show Association and also raise and sell sheep. We enjoy time with family and friends, and especially traveling together. We have one son, Caden, who has business degree from the University of Southern Connecticut.
Since starting in real estate I’ve been awarded Platinum Producer Award from 2015 – 2022 while working at Legacy Real Estate and voted Favorite Agent in Midland – MRT-Reader’s Choice Award SILVER 2019 & 2022, GOLD 2020, 2021 & 2023 and Best of the Best in 2023! Tracy Farrow Realty also won Gold in 2023 for Favorite Real Estate Agency! I was elected Director of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors in 2016. I was named a Who’s Who Professional in 2015 and 2016 and am a proud member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce.
I taught elementary school for 24 years and decided to go into real estate in 2012. My husband was my biggest supporter when I decided to pursue a career in real estate. I love helping people find their dream home or sell their current home. You couldn’t find a more dependable and trustworthy person. I am “Always There For You”!
Shelley Rogers
Shelley has lived in Midland for over 25 years. Before electing to pursue her dream career in real estate, she worked in the oil and gas industry. She is committed to delivering excellent service, has a strong work ethic and a passion for assisting others with obtaining their real estate goals.
Shelley graduated with honors from Lubbock Christian University and holds a business degree. She has two grown children, her daughter Ciara and son-in law, Stephen currently reside in Atsugi, Japan and her son, Doug lives in Lubbock, TX. Shelley is a member of Midland Chamber of Commerce and in her spare time, she enjoys attending community events, shooting sports and playing golf.
Shelley was recognized as 2017 KW Rookie of the Year and has been a Top Producing Agent since 2020. To better serve her clients and increase her knowledge, Shelley obtained her Real Estate Brokers License in 2021.
Over 80% of her business is from referrals of past clients, friends and previous co-workers who know and trust Shelley to represent their best interests during a real estate transaction. She loves selling real estate as much as she loves helping people!

Jillian is a wife and mother who has traveled the world as a military spouse. She and her husband have been married for 17 years and have two wonderful daughters ages 5 and 14. Their oldest was born in Germany and their youngest was born right here in Midland. They have called Texas home since 2018. As a Veteran family turned oil and gas family, they have bought and sold several of their own homes over the years and understand how stressful the whole process can be. She felt compelled to start her career in Real Estate when her family was frequently left with a feeling that the industry at times, was lacking genuine empathy. Jillian has made it her mission to ensure that every client and their loved ones feel cared for, protected, and prioritized throughout their home buying or selling journey.
